Prices on this website

Every price shown on this site is an indicative "from" fare calculated from real road distances. It is not a live rate card and it is not a binding quote. The fare for your journey is agreed on the phone before the car moves, and once agreed it does not change.

What a fare includes

Intercity fares include fuel, all motorway and highway tolls, and the driver's time. On journeys with an overnight leg they also include the driver's meals and accommodation. No tip is expected.

Day hire within one city is twelve hours and up to 100 kilometres. Fuel is included within that limit and charged at cost beyond it. Additional hours are charged at the rate agreed when you book.

Driver included

All vehicles are supplied with our driver. We do not offer self-drive rental. The vehicle remains in our custody throughout, which is why no security deposit is taken.

Bookings and cancellation

Bookings are confirmed on the phone. If you need to cancel, tell us as early as you can. For wedding and multi-day bookings in peak season we may hold a deposit agreed at the time of booking; this will always be stated before you commit.

Roads, weather and delays

Some routes are seasonal. The Naran and Babusar roads close under snow, the Murree road can close on the worst winter weekends, and the Karakoram Highway is occasionally blocked by landslides. Where a road is not safely passable we will tell you before you travel and refund or reschedule rather than attempt it.

Journey times given on this site are realistic estimates including normal stops. Traffic, weather and road conditions can extend them, and we are not liable for consequential losses arising from a delay outside our control, including missed flights.

Conduct and safety

Our drivers may decline to continue a journey where passenger conduct is unsafe or unlawful, or where road conditions make continuing dangerous. We ask that seatbelts are worn and that smoking in the vehicle is avoided.

Belongings

Please check the vehicle before you leave it. We will make every reasonable effort to return items left behind but cannot accept responsibility for loss of personal property.
