What we collect
When you submit the booking form we collect the name, phone number, pickup city, destination, dates and vehicle preference you enter. That is all the form asks for and all we store.
We do not ask for a CNIC number, a licence, a passport or payment details through this website. If anyone asks you for those in our name over the web, it is not us.
Why we collect it
Solely to respond to your booking enquiry and arrange the vehicle. We do not sell your details, we do not share them with other travel businesses, and we do not use them for marketing unless you ask us to.
Analytics
We use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to see which pages are visited and how quickly they load. These report aggregate figures and do not identify you individually.
Who can see your enquiry
Booking enquiries are stored in our database and readable only by us, through an access key that never leaves our server. Our staff see your enquiry in order to arrange the car; nobody outside the business does.
How long we keep it
Booking enquiries are kept while they are useful for servicing your trip and our own records. If you would like your details removed sooner, ring us and we will delete them.
Many customers reach us through WhatsApp. Those conversations are governed by WhatsApp's own privacy terms as well as this policy. We keep the messages needed to arrange and record your booking.
