How it works
Companies book differently from families. The usual arrangement is a car and driver assigned monthly, invoiced at the end of the month, with the same driver each day so there is no reintroduction every morning.
For visiting clients and delegations we send an executive sedan or an SUV with a driver briefed on the schedule. This is the one case where the car itself is part of the impression, and a Civic or a Fortuner does more work than an Alto.
Staff transport for factory and office runs is quoted per route and per vehicle rather than per head, which is almost always cheaper than a per-employee allowance once you count more than a handful of people.
We invoice monthly on account for regular corporate clients, with a written record of every journey. Ask the office to set up an account rather than paying per trip.
