The driver's food and accommodation on overnight trips is included in what we quote. There is no allowance to settle at the end and no tip expected, though passengers often give one anyway.
Fuel and motorway tolls are included in intercity fares. For in-city day hire, fuel is included up to the 100 km limit and charged at cost after that.
